1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk668 platform (available at pk668.co and any associated mobile or progressive web application), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk668 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk668 platform. Continued use of any pk668 service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk668 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Use of the pk668 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk668 enforces a strict 18+ policy without exception.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local or national law.
• You are not a politically exposed person or subject to international sanctions that would prohibit you from entering into a contract.
• You are not an employee, director, consultant, contractor, or close family member of any employee of pk668 or its affiliated entities.

pk668 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Where verification documents are requested, the Player is required to submit them promptly. Failure to submit satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Minors who circumvent age controls will have their accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one (1) active pk668 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

During registration you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk668 login credentials (username and password). pk668 will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or through any support channel. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pk668 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your pk668 account and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits: All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. pk668 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your pk668 wallet within seconds of initiation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, where possible. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. pk668 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests.
• Currency: All transactions on pk668 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied.
• Fees: pk668 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its side. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply its own charges, for which pk668 bears no responsibility.

pk668 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pk668 platform are subject to the specific game and sports-betting rules applicable to the relevant product. These rules are available within the respective game or betting section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk668 does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted under specific sports-betting rules (e.g., match abandonment procedures).
• Cricket betting markets on pk668, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with the officially published match result from the relevant governing body. In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided at pk668's discretion where data integrity cannot be confirmed in real time.
• pk668 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical error, feed failure, or human input error ("palpable error"). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's wallet.
• The maximum payout on any single bet or combination of bets is subject to limits published in the cashier and sportsbook rules sections. pk668 reserves the right to limit bet stakes for any Player or market without providing a reason.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules displayed at the respective table. RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software independently audited for fairness.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pk668 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the point of offer.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• pk668 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a pk668 account at any given time, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where expressly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk668 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one pk668 account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any third-party software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using funds of criminal origin ("money laundering") through the pk668 payment infrastructure.
• Allowing or facilitating account access by a minor.
• Any conduct that pk668 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward support staff or other Players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk668 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, layout, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pk668 or its licensed third-party providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of pk668. The pk668 name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks and may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk668 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, or business arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including due to server downtime, technical failures, or payment processing delays.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk668 platform.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any third-party service failures, including payment provider outages affecting JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk668's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are not permitted by law.

10. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

pk668 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players are encouraged to use the platform's built-in controls, available from Account Settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Restrict net losses over a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Receive timed alerts during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily suspend your pk668 account. Self-exclusion requests are enacted immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11. Suspension & Termination

pk668 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs pk668 to do so.
• The Player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

On termination, any pending withdrawals will be reviewed. Funds legitimately owed to the Player, net of any applicable bonus forfeiture, will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period following the completion of any investigation. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with your use of the pk668 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk668 is licensed and incorporated. Players acknowledge that they are accessing the platform from Pakistan and are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or bonus calculation, the Player must contact pk668 support via Live Chat within 30 calendar days of the relevant event. pk668 will investigate and provide a written response within a reasonable period. Disputes not raised within this window may not be eligible for review. pk668's decision on disputed matters is final subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the Player.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pk668 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
